During your IVA it is important that you make every effort to stick to the terms as agreed with your creditors. However, if you need to miss a payment for any reason this must be agreed with your Supervisor. If payments continue to be missed this will result in the termination of the IVA and the Supervisor may present a bankruptcy petition.
