1.1.1 "Debt Analyser" means the debt analyser on the Site which is a tool which shows the user the best way out of debt after requesting certain personal information from the user; and
1.1.2 "Free Debt Advice" means a face to face meeting, telephone conversation or correspondence by email or post where we undertake to provide one hour of our time free of charge in order to evaluate your circumstances.
Personal information collected
We will collect the following personal information from you:
name, a user name, gender, date of birth;
e-mail address, postal address, telephone number;
your interests;
financial income and living expenses;
details of debts outstanding
any other personal or financial information requested by the Debt Analyser or through the Free Debt Advice scheme;
records of any correspondence sent to us; and
details of your visits to the Site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
Although it is not compulsory to give us this information, if you do not then we may not be able to provide you with the full range of services that we offer.

carry out debt analysis and offer solutions;
