• Put forward realistic and workable proposals to your creditors

In return you promise to:

• Provide full details of your financial position within the timescale requested
• Provide full and frank disclosure to queries raised
• Sign and return the agreed proposal document in the timescale requested
• Set up the agreed standing order within 7 days of the proposal being accepted
• Advise us of any change in your circumstances which will affect your ability to maintain your monthly payments
